Acuvue Rebate Canada 2025: How to Submit Your Claim

Acuvue Rebate Canada 2025: How to Submit Your Claim

ACUVUE runs rebate programs in Canada periodically.

These let you claim prepaid cards or cheques if you buy certain ACUVUE contact lenses within specified periods.

To successfully get your rebate, you must follow the rules: keep the right documents, use the correct offer code, and submit by the deadline.

What rebate offers are available in Canada for ACUVUE in 2025?

  1. There is a New Wearer Rebate valid from January 1 to June 30, 2025, using offer code H1NWR2025. This rebate is for people who are “new wearers” of ACUVUE brands (i.e., switching from another brand or getting ACUVUE for first time).
  2. There is also a Limited Offer Rebate for various ACUVUE 1-Day lines, 2-Week lines, etc., valid also from January 1 to June 30, 2025, using code H1LIMIT25.
  3. For general “National” or “Family/Re-usable Family” ACUVUE rebates, clinics and promos list codes like H1NATIONAL25 for the same period. These rebate promos may cover annual supplies or partial supplies based on boxes purchased.

Who is eligible for the ACUVUE rebate?

To qualify:

  1. You must be a Canadian resident and purchase from a participating retailer or eye care professional in-store or in-office. Online retailer purchases often do not qualify unless explicitly stated.
  2. The purchase must be made during the rebate period tied to the offer code (for example, Q1 or H1 offers valid January-June).
  3. You must buy a minimum supply (number of boxes) of eligible ACUVUE brand lenses. For example, for “Annual Supply” rebates the required number of boxes is higher; for 3- or 6-month supply rebates, fewer boxes are needed.
  4. If you are applying under the “New Wearer” code, you shouldn’t have used that ACUVUE brand before (or must meet “new wearer” criteria as defined).

What documents and materials are required to submit a claim?

You will need:

  1. Original purchase invoice/receipt showing the date of purchase, retailer name, product names, and number of boxes purchased.
  2. Two (2) box flaps from each eye’s box of contact lenses you purchased. These box flaps must show brand, model, and prescription details etc.
  3. The relevant offer code (for example, H1NWR2025, H1LIMIT25, H1NATIONAL25) is printed on the rebate form or given in the rebate flyer.
  4. Your personal details (name, address, email) as required. A valid email is needed to get status updates on your claim.

How to submit your ACUVUE rebate claim online

Here are the steps for the online submission method:

  1. Visit the ACUVUE Canada rebate portal at AcuvueCanadaRebates.ca.
  2. Enter the offer code from your rebate flyer or form.
  3. Upload images of your invoice/receipt and both box flaps for each eye (if required). Ensure the images are clear and legible.
  4. Fill in details about the product(s) purchased: model, size, quantity.
  5. Include your personal information (name, address, email).
  6. Choose how you want to receive the rebate: Virtual Prepaid Mastercard (by email), Visa Prepaid Card (by mail), or cheque (mailed).
  7. Submit everything before the claim submission deadline.

What are the deadlines?

  • For the H1 (first half) offers (e.g. H1NWR2025, H1LIMIT25), purchases must be made between January 1 and June 30, 2025.
  • The claim submission deadline for these offers is July 31, 2025. All required documentation must be received by this date.

How will you receive your rebate and how long will it take?

After you submit the claim and it is approved, you can receive the rebate via a Virtual Prepaid Mastercard (fastest, via email), a Visa Prepaid Card (mailed), or by cheque (mailed).

The virtual option is generally the fastest way.
